Kenneth J. Burford is Of Counsel at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP, bringing to the Firm more than three decades of experience handling medical malpractice and professional liability claims and litigation, as well as employment and toxic tort claims. Successfully defending hospitals, medical groups and individual physicians against virtually every type of claim imaginable, Kenneth excels at advising clients about the legal issues and risks attendant to their case, as well as identifying strategies and actions to best protect their interests.
