Scott O. Frycek joined Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP in 2003 and became Partner in 2010. Mr. Frycek focuses his practice on the defense of medical malpractice and professional liability cases.  He received his B.A. from the State University of New York - College at Geneseo in 1995 and his J.D. in 1998 from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law, where he served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Buffalo Law Review.    Prior to joining Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP, he was an Assistant District Attorney assigned to the Major Crime Bureau of the Suffolk County District Attorney's office.  He is admitted to practice before New York State courts, the United States District Court, Eastern District New York, United States District Court, Southern District New York, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
