Michael E. Gallay joined Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP in 2000 and became partner in 2004. His legal practice encompasses the defense of medical malpractice, legal malpractice and general liability actions. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Gallay worked for the New York City Law Department's Tort Division, where he tried premises liability, police liability and motor vehicle liability cases to verdict. He was also with the Kings County District Attorneys Office where he tried numerous cases to verdict in the New York State Supreme Court and argued successfully before the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division.
