Steven Lavietes has been with the Firm since 1987 and became partner in 1996. His practice focuses on medical malpractice litigation in high exposure neurosurgical, obstetrical, orthopedic and ophthalmological lawsuits. Mr. Lavietes handles the defense of physicians and hospitals from inception through trial and has represented healthcare professionals in professional disciplinary proceedings before the Office of Professional Medical Conduct in New York State.
