| | Gregory Radomisli joined Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP in 1992 and became a partner in 2000. Mr. Radomisli's practice focuses on all aspects of medical, psychiatric and legal malpractice defense, as well as civil rights defense and nursing home defense. Additionally, Mr. Radomisli has significant experience in multi-district litigation, particularly matters involving silicone breast implants and diet drugs (i.e., Fen/Phen). Mr. Radomisli has published articles in the New York Law Journal's 'Outside Counsel' section as well as in MD News of Westchester. Mr. Radomisli has also cultivated an expertise in electronic discovery. He has written on the topic, and has given presentations on the particular issues electronic discovery presents in light of the burgeoning transition healthcare providers are making to electronic medical records, including at the Master's Conference in Washington, DC. He also volunteers as an arbitrator in Small Claims Court. |
