Robert Whittaker, a senior partner and trial attorney, has been with the Firm since 1976 and has been a partner since 1981. Mr. Whittaker has tried and won innumerable cases against top plaintiffs' lawyers in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability, construction liability, architectural and engineering negligence, assault and battery, defamation, false arrest, malicious prosecution, and municipal liability. Mr. Whittaker has successfully defended cases involving damages such as severe burns, neurologically impaired infants, limb amputation, cancer, cardiac arrest, and death. He has lectured to lawyers on topics of trial advocacy and defense tactics. He is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell® which is their highest rating.
