Prior to joining MCB, Anna worked as an associate at two New York City law firms, practicing medical malpractice defense. She has extensive medical knowledge, a keen understanding of HIPAA privacy laws, and is known for her compassion and patience in handling sensitive and difficult situations.
Anna has additional legal experience in plaintiff’s personal injury; civil rights; and employment discrimination. She has done pro bono work for the New York Legal Assistant Group’s Citizenship and Naturalization Clinic; Immigration Relief Clinic; and Mobile Legal Help Clinic. Anna has also done volunteer work in Jamaica, Grenada, and Saint Lucia, in particular helping victims of domestic and sexual abuse. Anna is fluent in French and has worked as a freelance translator.
Anna received her LL.M. in international law and justice from Fordham University School of Law, and her LL.B. from the University of Plymouth in the UK. Anna is admitted in New York, and the Eastern and Southern District of New York
