Prior to joining MCB, Gabriella held legal internships and externships for entities ranging from private law firms to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She has gained experience in legal research; drafting motions, opinions and complaints; negotiating settlements with opposing counsel; medical records discovery; and conducting client interviews and intake procedures.
Gabriella was an Associate Articles Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development, where her note, Giving Heroes Their Shields: Providing More Immunity to the Healthcare Industry During the COVID-19 Pandemic, will be published in its next issue.
Gabriella received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Queens College of the City University of New York, where she received the Presidential Scholar Award and made the Dean’s List in all of her semesters. She earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was a member of the Health Law Society. She made Dean’s List in the spring and fall of 2021 and also received a full tuition Dean’s Scholarship.
