Graham M. Gering is an Associate at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP, where he focuses his practice on the defense of medical malpractice matters and general liability matters, defending our client doctors, hospitals, health care systems, and other medical professionals.

  Prior to joining MCB, Graham handled pleadings and depositions and dispositive motions in slip-and-fall, intentional tort, premises liability, negligent hiring and DRAM shop actions. Furthermore, Graham reviewed insurance claim and underwriting files in insurance coverage legal disputes, and represented the City of New York at 50(h) hearings, deposing claimants against the City. Previously, Graham also has experience representing defendants in New York and New Jersey in toxic tort, product and general liability matters. Graham graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2012, with a Political Science major and a minor in Economics). Graham received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law—Newark.
