Kevin A. Marks is an associate attorney focusing his practice on defending our client doctors, teaching hospitals and academic medical centers in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. He has experience in all phases of litigation including federal court cases.
Prior to joining MCB, Kevin was an associate at a boutique NYC law firm practicing in wide variety of legal fields, from intellectual property and business formation to insurance and medical malpractice litigation.
Kevin graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2014 and received his B.A. from Northwestern University in 2009. During law school, Kevin received Vanderbilt’s Law-Business Certification, practiced as a student attorney in the Appellate Litigation Clinic before the Sixth Circuit of the U.S Court of Appeals, served as officer in the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, and was a recipient of the Dean’s Leadership Award.
