Matthew M. Frank focuses his practice on defending physicians, hospitals, architects, and engineers in the areas of medical malpractice, general liability defense and professional liability. As a Partner at MCB, Matt represents major New York City and Long Island based medical centers and hospitals in complex cases along with private medical practices and their personnel in various professional liability matters. As a result of Matt’s wide experience, he is known and appreciated for consistently going above and beyond to protect his client’s interests.
Prior to joining MCB, Matt practiced as a Litigation Attorney at another prominent defense firm, concentrating on medical malpractice, architect and engineering malpractice, and general liability. Matt has prepared and defended hundreds of witnesses and defendants in depositions. In addition, he also has expertise in pre-litigation claim prevention, and alternative dispute resolution.
