Senior Trial Partner Sean F.X. Dugan’s proficiency in the law and persuasive oratory skills are exemplary, but it’s his keen understanding of the psychological dynamics of the jury decision-making process that makes him an extraordinarily effective defense attorney. • Representing individual physicians, large and small medical and physician groups, and various health care professionals and institutions in all aspects of medical malpractice, professional liability, and product liability claims.
• Defending, on behalf of a publicly traded provider corporation, all dialysis cases filed against it in New York State.
• Defending clients in complicated exposure claims involving mold, asbestos, lead, silicone, Hepatitis C, and various medications.
• Mediating complex matters pending in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
