Timothy J. Marsh is an Associate at Martin Clearwater & Bell <span class="text-llp">LLP</span>, where he focuses his practice on the defense of medical malpractice matters and general liability matters, defending our client doctors, hospitals, health care systems, and other medical professionals.
Timothy served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office prior to joining MCB. As a prosecutor, he tried misdemeanor trials, prepared and conducted hearings on motions to suppress evidence, and presented evidence in over fifty felony matters before empaneled grand juries, including cases of burglaries, weapon possessions, and felony assaults.
Timothy graduated magna cum laude from Montclair State University with an English major and a concentration in Creative Writing. During this time, he also studied abroad at University College Cork in the Republic of Ireland. Timothy received his Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
