Associate
Timothy M. Gallagher is an Associate at Martin Clearwater & Bell <span class="text-llp">LLP</span>, where he focuses his practice on medical malpractice, personal injury, and labor and employment matters. Timothy’s practice style is strategic and aggressive, pursuing pre-answer motions to dismiss, motions to dismiss, and summary judgment motions in the preponderance of his cases. He is adept at all elements of discovery; conducting and defending depositions; reviewing and analyzing medical records; and arguing motions before judges.
Prior to his arrival at MCB, Timothy worked at firms in the New York area where he represented clients in tort litigation, legal and medical malpractice, labor and employment disputes, and negligent/wrongful death. Typical responsibilities involved case assessment, development of litigation strategies, and negotiation of settlements. His clients included individuals, insurance companies, and long term care facilities.
Timothy received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Fordham University in 2017. He received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2021, where he notably earned the Justice Albert H. Bosch Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy. Timothy is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
