Tyler J. Mulvaney is an Associate at MCB where he defends doctors, teaching hospitals, health care systems and other medical professionals in medical malpractice matters.

Prior to joining MCB, Tyler was an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney's Office where he handled a full case load of 70+ cases at any given time; drafted, arraigned, investigated, and conducted hearings on all manner of misdemeanor crimes and violations; presented evidence to the Grand Jury; and conducted interviews with civilian and police witnesses.
Tyler received his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 2019 with a full Dean's Scholarship, and his B.A. from Manhattan College, cum laude , in 2016. He is admitted to practice in New York and the Second Department.
