An experienced litigator, Adam is highly skilled in elements ranging from pleadings and discovery to development of optimal litigation strategies and execution of same in court proceedings. His practice reflects nearly two decades of successful trial experience.
Prior to his promotion to Partner, Adam was an associate at an esteemed litigation defense firm in the New York metropolitan area and, more recently, a valued Senior Associate at MCB. In these roles, he represented medical professionals, hospitals, and other health care systems in various medical malpractice cases. Earlier in his career, Adam clerked for the Hon. William A. Kelly, Justice of the Supreme Court, Rockland County.
Adam made the Dean’s list during his undergraduate years, and in law school, he not only graduated cum laude but was also an editor for the Journal of Science and Technology.
