Associate
Casey M. Hughes is an Associate at Martin Clearwater & Bell <span class="text-llp">LLP</span>. Her practice focuses on the defense of medical malpractice matters and general liability matters, defending our client doctors, hospitals, health care systems, and other medical professionals.
Prior to becoming an Associate at the FIrm, Casey worked for several years as an ultrasound technologist, registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. During law school, Casey was the Senior Associate Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development, a legal intern at several personal injury defense firms, a legal intern at a plaintiff ’s personal injury firm, and a volunteer with the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County.
Casey received a B.S. in Biology from Villanova University in 2012 and a J.D. degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2019.
