David brings a diverse background in litigation and legal proceedings to the Firm. Prior to joining MCB, he worked as an associate attorney at a New York area law firm, where he conducted legal research; drafted legal documents including motions to initiate or defend against legal proceedings; and advocated for clients in court through conferences, hearings, and trials.

Earlier in his career, David served as a Deputy County Attorney at the Nassau County Attorney’s Office, where he honed his skills in courtroom advocacy. There, he prosecuted cases involving juvenile delinquency, child support, and child neglect. He also served as a legal intern with the Nassau County Supreme Court, where he provided counsel to judges on complex commercial and tax litigation matters. Finally, David gained experience with the Nassau County Attorney’s Office as a legal intern, where he conducted legal research in labor and employment and personal injury litigation.

David received his B.A. at Adelphi University in 2014, with honors: Beta Beta Beta Biology National Honor Society, 2012; and Phi Alpha Theta History National Honor Society, 2014. He also received his Masters of Science degree from Adelphi University in 2017. In 2020, he earned is J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

David is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He is also pending admissions in New Jersey and Connecticut.
