Always gravitating towards the more complex and difficult cases, he has a unique ability to exploit any and all weaknesses in his adversary’s claims and allegations. This has resulted in an unusually high rate of successful resolutions on behalf of his clients, often in cases involving high financial exposure.
Prior to coming to MCB, Jonathan was a partner at one of the premier litigation defense firms in the New York metropolitan area. There, he represented individual physicians and health care providers as well as group practices, hospitals, and professional organizations.
Jonathan received his B.A. from Brooklyn College, and earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
