Prior to joining MCB, Michelle worked in different branches of the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office. There, she gained experience in key areas such as managing large caseloads; conducting interviews; discovery; conducting jury and bench trials; analyzing medical records; and drafting and filing relevant motions. She also has extensive experience negotiating with opposing counsel to avoid or settle litigation.
Michelle received her B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where honors included Honor Society and Dean’s List. She received her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she was a member of the Latin Law Students Association and was the 2018 Fall Intramural Moot Court Competition Champion. She is admitted to practice in New York.
