
Associate
Before coming to MCB, Nameer spent six years in private practice, successfully representing clients in diverse real estate, employment, and commercial matters, including litigation. His 10+ years of litigation experience have proven him to be a skilled trial advocate. Prior to establishing his own practice, he worked as an associate attorney at several law firms in New York, with a focus in commercial real estate matters, construction litigation, and business disputes involving contracts, employment, insurance, and intellectual property. His specific scope of work included handling of discovery matters, drafting of complaints, motions and other relevant legal documents, interviewing and preparing witnesses, legal research, and case management. Nameer was also a judicial law clerk in the Commercial Division of New York Supreme Court and served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office.
Nameer received his B.A. cum laude from New York University in 2005, earning Dean’s Circle and Dean’s List honors. He subsequently received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2011.
Nameer is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
