Prior to joining MCB, Simone served as an Assistant Law Clerk in the Queens Supreme Court. Specific responsibilities included conducting legal research; drafting decisions and memoranda related to various areas of the law, including medical malpractice; preparing opening and closing charges for varying types of trials; and assisting during hearings. Prior to her clerkship, she served as a legal intern at several organizations in the New York area, drafting a wide variety of legal documents and gaining significant exposure to real estate law.
Simone received her B.A. from SUNY Geneseo. She earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2018, earning the Henrietta and Stuard Hirschman Memorial Prize as well as a merit-based scholarship. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey
