On Friday, August 28th, Partner Jacqueline D. Berger delivered her annual presentation at Flushing Hospital Medical Center’s Department of OB/GYN.
Ms. Berger’s presentation covered the topic: Mitigating Legal Exposure in OB/GYN Cases. Ms. Berger’s presentation to attending and resident physicians focused on specific issues faced by OB/GYN physicians in medical malpractice cases. The presentation also concentrated on how to use communication and documentation to build a defense and to mitigate these high exposure cases.
