Senior Associate Graham T. Musynske has been promoted to Partner, effective July 1, 2026!

We are delighted to announce and celebrate the remarkable achievement of Graham T. Musynske as he steps into his new role as Partner at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP.

Graham has been a driving force on MCB's Medical Malpractice team, where he defends medical professionals and health care organizations across a broad range of malpractice matters. His deep experience defending hospitals, health care systems, nursing homes, and individual practitioners has made him a trusted advocate and a formidable litigator. From conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and expert disclosures, to managing depositions and  developing effective defense strategies, Graham brings rigor and sound judgment to every case he handles. Before MCB, he served as counsel for regulatory affairs and legal compliance at an insurance company specializing in medical professional liability coverage, sharpening his command of the issues that matter most to the Firm's clients.

Beyond his casework, Graham is committed to the growth of those around him, supervising and mentoring junior associates and helping to elevate the quality of the team's work. In 2026, he was recognized with Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America honor for Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants, an award reserved for attorneys distinguished by their peers for outstanding professional excellence early in their careers. He also earned his first selection to the 2026 New York Metro Super Lawyers list, after previously being recognized as a New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star each year from 2019 through 2024.

Graham received his B.A. from The George Washington University in 2006 and earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2010. He is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
