Francesca L. Mountain joined the Firm as a first year associate in 2008 and was named Partner on January 1, 2016. Her practice encompasses all areas of medical malpractice litigation, personal injury defense, and professional liability matters, including the defense of doctors, nurses, hospitals, and physician assistants. Ms. Mountain received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2008 and her B.A. from the Boston College in 2003. Prior to joining MCB, Ms. Mountain was a Pre-Trial Investigator for the Tort Division of the New York City Law Department. She is admitted to practice before the New York State Courts, Connecticut State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Ms. Mountain is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association. She was selected for inclusion in 2015 Rising Stars - Metro New York by Super Lawyers.
