MCB Announces Retirement of Ned Hirsch, Of Counsel

Throughout his career, Ned has made invaluable contributions as a dedicated advocate for physicians, academic medical centers, and other medical professionals. His expertise in representing physicians, dentists, and nurses before disciplinary boards has been a cornerstone of his legal career. Notably, Ned’s reputation has led to his inclusion on an exclusive panel of attorneys by a substantial professional liability carrier.

Beyond his legal practice, Ned has been an active participant in legal education and community engagement. He has lectured for the Nassau Academy of Law at the Nassau County Bar Association and has shared his insights at North Shore University Hospital—Northwell. His commitment to the advancement of trial skills is further demonstrated by his membership in the American Inns of Court, an organization dedicated to fostering the exchange of ideas relevant to the practice of law.

Ned earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, where he distinguished himself as a member of the Law Review. Prior to that, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Virginia with a B.A.

As we bid farewell to Ned, we express our deepest gratitude for his years of service and wish him a retirement filled with joy, relaxation, and new adventures. Please join us in celebrating his remarkable career and extending our best wishes for the future.
